At Kanfab, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags, packaging, and labels are intact
- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Undergarments and innerwear
- Socks and mittens
- Hair accessories
- Customized or personalized items
- Items bought on clearance or final sale (if marked as such)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@kanfab.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
Note: Products must be returned via trackable courier service. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item:
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, or as store credit, based on your preference.
- If the product is not in original condition or fails quality checks, the refund may be rejected or partially refunded.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process.
- Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch the replacement if in stock.
- Exchange shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team at support@kanfab.ae.
- Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the standard return process.
